Our Foundations class (Ages 5-12) introduces and develops fundamental gymnastics skills across vault, bars, beam, and floor in a fun, supportive environment. Perfect for beginners, this class focuses on building strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence through skill progressions and drills designed to lay the groundwork for more advanced skills.
Gymnasts will learn the basics while improving body awareness and control. They’ll also work on drills and progressions to build a strong foundation for skills. With engaging stations, and focus on technique, this class helps gymnasts develop the strength and confidence to advance their skills while having fun!

Level Up Add On (Prereqs)
This add on registers your gymnast for the optional 20-minute Level Up Add-On immediately following Gymnastics Foundations. It provides extra, focused practice to refine technique, build strength and body control, and work toward more advanced skills, including round-offs, walkover and handspring progressions, and bar and beam skills. Prerequisite: Gymnasts must have a strong foundation in forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, and handstands. Participation requires Coach approval.
