This ticket is for our Intermediate Skill Builders (Ages 6+) full Thursday Series, in April (4/2, 4/9, 4/16, 4/30), at Heist Barrel Arts.
Intermediate Skill Builders is designed for gymnasts who have mastered the basics and are ready to progress to more challenging skills. In this class, athletes will continue building strength, technique, and confidence while working on skills such as (but not limited to) roundoffs, walkovers, handspring progressions, stronger bar skills like pullovers, circles, casts, dismounts, more advanced work on beam, and more. This class focuses on refining form, connecting skills, and preparing gymnasts for higher-level progressions. Coach recommendation and/or the prerequisites listed below must be met to enroll.
