About the Class:
Our Foundations class introduces and develops core gymnastics skills across vault, bars, beam, and floor in a fun, supportive environment. Perfect for beginners, this class focuses on building strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence through progressions and drills that lay the groundwork for more advanced skills.
Gymnasts will work on body awareness, technique, and control while developing the strength and confidence to advance their skills. With engaging stations and a focus on fundamentals, this class builds a solid foundation — all while having fun!
