Gotcha Go! Online A fun, fast 20-minute gymnastics class for kids ages 5+! Each session focuses on flexibility, strength, basic skills, and proper form — perfect for building confidence and movement skills from home.
Class Recommendations:
Camera on: So the instructor can see and guide your child safely.
Yoga mat: Provides a soft, non-slip surface for stretches and tumbling.
Cleared, safe space: Remove furniture, cords, and other obstacles.
Access to a clear wall space: Useful for balance exercises and wall-supported moves.
