About the event
This Foundations class, for ages 4-8, introduces and develops fundamental gymnastics skills across vault, bars, beam, and floor in a fun, supportive environment. Perfect for beginners, this class focuses on building strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence through skill progressions and drills designed to lay the groundwork for more advanced skills.
