About the event
Tumbling Foundations is designed for athletes ages 5 and up who want to learn and progress in tumbling. This class focuses on developing proper technique, strength, flexibility, and body control while teaching foundational skills, including forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, handstands, bridges, round-offs, walkovers, and handspring progressions.
Athletes rotate through structured drills and stations, working through proper progressions to safely build skills, strength, and confidence. Emphasis is placed on correct form, safe technique, and individualized coaching to help each athlete advance at their own pace.
This class is perfect for beginners, as well as cheerleaders, dancers, and gymnasts looking to refine their tumbling in a fun, encouraging, and high-energy environment. No prior experience is required.
