Cartwheel & Handstand Focus Class (Ages 4+) This fun and energetic class is the perfect way to channel that movement into real gymnastics skills! Designed for kids ages 4 and up, our 40-minute Cartwheel & Handstand Class focuses on building the foundations of two of the most iconic gymnastics moves.
Through playful warm-ups, creative drills, and hands-on coaching, kids will learn:
How to properly kick into a cartwheel
Safe handstand progressions
Balance, body control, and confidence
Fun strength and flexibility exercises
