About the event
Prerequisites: Gymnasts should be able to demonstrate a strong cartwheel, hold a handstand for a few seconds, perform a bridge/backbend holding for 20 seconds, complete a controlled forward roll without using hands to stand up, backward roll, hold a front support and be close to or able to perform a pullover on bars, and confidently do a straight jump on low beam and walk across the high beam.
Placement: Placement in this class is based on meeting prerequisites and/or coach recommendation. If this class hasn’t been recommended for your child and they are not clearly or consistently demonstrating the skills listed above, please reach out before registering so we can help determine the best fit.
