Walkover & Handspring Clinic (Ages 5+)Let’s level up! This 1-hour skill clinic is designed for gymnasts, dancers, and cheerleaders ages 5+ who are ready to work on walkovers and handsprings in a fun, supportive environment. We’ll use technique drills, strength-building activities, and spotting to safely guide each child through these more advanced tumbling skills.
Clinic focus includes:
Back walkovers
Back handspring progressions
Jumping, bridging, and kicking drills
Body awareness, flexibility, and safe landings
