This ticket is for 3 Wednesday classes in April (4/1, 4/15, 4/29), for Ages 5+.
Tumbling Foundations is designed for athletes ages 5 and up who want to learn and progress in tumbling. This class focuses on developing proper technique, strength, flexibility, and body control while teaching foundational skills, including forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, handstands, bridges, round-offs, walkovers, and handspring progressions.
This class is perfect for beginners, as well as cheerleaders, dancers, and gymnasts looking to refine their tumbling in a fun, encouraging, and high-energy environment. No prior experience is required.
Pay what you can: To keep classes affordable, we offer a “Pay What You Can” model for classes. The minimum is $43 —pay what works for you! No questions asked.
