This ticket is for the June Thursday Intermediate Skill Builders 4 Class Series (6/4, 6/11, 6/18, 6/25) for Ages 6 and up.

Intermediate Skill Builders is designed for athletes with a solid gymnastics foundation and are ready to progress to more challenging skills. In this class, athletes will continue building strength, technique, and confidence while working on skills such as (but not limited to) roundoffs, walkovers, handspring progressions, stronger bar skills like pullovers, casts, hip circles, dismounts, more advanced work on beam, and more. This class focuses on refining form, connecting skills, and preparing gymnasts for higher-level progressions.

Prerequisites: Gymnasts should be able to demonstrate a strong cartwheel, hold a handstand for a few seconds, perform a bridge/backbend holding for 20 seconds, complete a controlled forward roll without using hands to stand up, backward roll, hold a front support and be close to or able to perform a pullover on bars, and…
