May Thursday 3 Class Series: Gymnastics Foundations (Ages 5-12) at Heist (5/7 & 5/21 ) & Our Space: VAPA (5/28)

This ticket is for the May Thursday Gymnastics Foundations 3 Class Series for Ages 5-12. Classes will take place at two different locations due to space availability. We will be at Heist Barrel Arts on Thursday 5/7 & 5/21 and Our Space Studio: located in VAPA Center (just 5 mins away) on Thursday 5/28. No class on 5/14 due to space availability. Our Foundations class introduces and develops fundamental gymnastics skills across all events in a fun, supportive environment.

Perfect for beginners, this class focuses on building strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence through skill progressions and drills designed to lay the groundwork for more advanced skills.
