May Thursday 3 Class Series: Intermediate Skill Builders Ages 6+ (prereqs) @Heist (5/7 & 5/21 ) & Our Space: VAPA (5/28)

This ticket is for the May Thursday Intermediate Skill Builders 3 Class Series for Ages 6 and up. Classes will take place at two different locations due to space availability. We will be at Heist Barrel Arts on Thursday 5/7 & 5/21 and Our Space Studio: located in VAPA Center (just 5 mins away) on Thursday 5/28. No class on 5/14 due to space availability.

Intermediate Skill Builders is designed for athletes with a solid gymnastics foundation and are ready to progress to more challenging skills. In this class, athletes will continue building strength, technique, and confidence while working on skills such as (but not limited to) roundoffs, walkovers, handspring progressions, stronger bar skills like pullovers, casts, hip circles, dismounts, more advanced work on beam, and more. This class focuses on refining form, connecting skills, and preparing gymnasts for higher-level progressions.
