About the event
This ticket is for 5 Thursday classes in May at Heist Brewery & Barrel Arts on 5/1, 5/15, 5/29 and Town Brewing Co on 5/8 and 5/22. Our Foundations class introduces and develops fundamental gymnastics skills across vault, bars, beam, and floor in a fun, supportive environment. Perfect for beginners, this class focuses on building strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence through skill progressions and drills designed to lay the groundwork for more advanced skills.
Gymnasts will learn the basics of rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and balance skills while improving body awareness and control. They’ll also work on drills and progressions to build a strong foundation for skills like walkovers, handsprings, and more. With engaging stations, and focus on technique, this class helps gymnasts develop the strength and confidence to advance their skills while having fun!
