About the event
This ticket includes 2 Wednesday in-person classes (11/5 & 11/19) on Elizabeth Ave and one online class during our week off (Tuesday, 11/11) for ages 4–8.
Our Gymnastics Foundations class introduces and develops fundamental skills across all events in a fun, supportive environment. Perfect for beginners, kids will work on strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence through skill progressions and drills designed to lay the groundwork for more advanced gymnastics.
Gotcha Go! Online is a fun, fast 20-minute virtual class for ages 5+. Each session focuses on flexibility, strength, basic skills, and proper form — perfect for building confidence and movement skills from home.
With engaging stations and a focus on technique, this series helps gymnasts develop body awareness, control, and confidence while having fun and advancing their skills.
