About the event
This ticket is for 2 Wednesday classes in September (10/1 & 10/15), for Ages 4-8. Our Foundations class introduces and develops fundamental gymnastics skills across all events in a fun, supportive environment.
Please note: Class schedules are subject to change. While I aim to keep the posted schedule, occasional adjustments may be needed due to current medical/health and personal circumstances. Perfect for beginners, this class focuses on building strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence through skill progressions and drills designed to lay the groundwork for more advanced skills.
