About the event
This ticket is for 2 Wednesday classes in September (9/3 & 9/17), for Ages 4-8. Optional add-on class: Thursday 9/11 at Sip City. Our Foundations class introduces and develops fundamental gymnastics skills across all events in a fun, supportive environment. Perfect for beginners, this class focuses on building strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence through skill progressions and drills designed to lay the groundwork for more advanced skills.
Gymnasts will learn the basics while improving body awareness and control. They’ll also work on drills and progressions to build a strong foundation for more advanced skills. With engaging stations, and focus on technique, this class helps gymnasts develop the strength and confidence to advance their skills while having fun!
