Cancellation Policy

Refund / Credit Policy – Gotcha Gymnastics At Gotcha Gymnastics, we aim to provide flexibility while maintaining program quality. Please review our policies: 1. Cancellations by Gotcha Gymnastics: If Gotcha Gymnastics cancels a class, team practice, lesson, skill focus class, or event, a full refund or credit will be issued. 2. Classes, Team Practices , Private Lessons & Skills Clinics: All payments for regular classes, team practices, classes, lessons, and skills clinics are non-refundable, except for cancellations initiated by Gotcha Gymnastics. Payments for all classes are final. In rare circumstances, Gotcha Gymnastics may offer a credit at its discretion. Private and semi-private lessons can be rescheduled with 24+ hours’ notice; no refunds are provided (For clarity, if a private or semi-private group lesson takes place as scheduled and one participant is absent, the missed private lesson is not eligible for a make-up lesson or refund. The absent participant may instead attend one regularly scheduled Gotcha Gymnastics class as a make-up, subject to age, skill level, and class availability.) 3. Private Lesson Packs: Lessons in a purchased 3-pack (or other packs) must be redeemed within 3 months. Unused sessions after 3 months expire and are non-refundable. Lessons are non-transferable and non-refundable, scheduled in advance subject to instructor availability. Rescheduling & Cancellations: - Reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. - Cancellations <24 hours or no-shows forfeit the session. - If Gotcha Gymnastics reschedules, a mutually agreed date will be set without penalty. 4. Birthday Parties: - A $100 deposit is required to secure the date. - Remaining balance due 5 days prior. - Cancel >10 days in advance: 50% of deposit refundable. - Cancel ≤10 days: Deposit non-refundable. - Cancel ≤5 days: All payments forfeited. Clients may request to reschedule, and payments (less deposit) may apply to a future date at Gotcha Gymnastics’ discretion. 5. No-Shows: No refunds or credits for same-day cancellations or no-shows for any event or program. 6. Weather / Unforeseen Circumstances: In cases beyond our control, Gotcha Gymnastics will provide rescheduling or alternative options.
